When you submit a request through HomePros Directory and consent to be contacted by a specific contractor, you may receive text messages (SMS/MMS) from that contractor regarding your project inquiry.

Important Information

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project inquiry and contractor communications.
Message & Data Rates: Msg & Data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Consent Not Required: Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any services.

What Messages You May Receive

If you consent to text communications, you may receive messages including:

Confirmation of your project inquiry
Contractor introduction and contact information
Appointment scheduling and reminders
Quote and estimate information
Follow-up communications about your project

How to Opt Out

You can opt out of receiving text messages at any time by:

Replying STOP: Text STOP to any message you receive to unsubscribe from that sender
Contact Us: Email [email protected] with your phone number and request to opt out
Contact the Contractor: Request directly that the contractor stop sending you text messages

After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message. You will not receive any additional marketing messages from that sender unless you re-subscribe.

One-to-One Consent

When you submit a request through HomePros Directory:

You see the specific contractor's name before submitting
You provide explicit consent to receive communications from that specific contractor
Only that contractor receives your information and may contact you

Your consent is specific to the contractor identified at the time of your request. We do not share your phone number with other contractors without your explicit consent.
