By accessing or using HomePros Directory ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

Description of Service

HomePros Directory is a contractor matching service that connects homeowners with vetted structural repair professionals. We are a directory and referral service—we do not perform repairs ourselves and are not a party to any agreement between you and the contractors in our network.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our Service. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

User Responsibilities

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Not submit false or misleading project requests
• Not use the Service to harass contractors or other users
• Not attempt to circumvent our matching system

Consent to Contact

When you submit a request through our Service and provide your explicit consent, you authorize the matched contractor to contact you via phone, text message, and email regarding your project. This consent is provided on a one-to-one basis to the specific contractor identified in your consent. See our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms for more details.

No Guarantee of Results

We do not guarantee that you will receive quotes from contractors, that contractors will be available in your area, or that any work performed by contractors will meet your expectations. We vet contractors for licensing and insurance, but we do not supervise their work or guarantee their performance.

Relationship with Contractors

Contractors listed on HomePros Directory are independent businesses, not employees or agents of HomePros Directory. Any contract for services is between you and the contractor directly. We are not responsible for:

• The quality of work performed by contractors
• Contractor pricing or estimates
• Disputes between you and contractors
• Contractor availability or response times
• Any damages arising from contractor work

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HomePros Directory shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any conduct or content of contractors
• Unauthorized access to your information
• Any other matter relating to the Service

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless HomePros Directory, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its content, features, and functionality are owned by HomePros Directory and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.

Changes to Terms

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
